Inter leads the all-time series. Of 246 previous derbies in all competitions, Inter won 91, Milan won 84, and 71 ended level. In Serie A alone, the record over 184 meetings stands at 70 Inter wins, 57 for Milan, and 57 draws. The recent run tells another story: Milan has taken three of the last six league derbies, Inter two, with one draw. The low point for Milan came in April 2024, when a 2 to 1 Inter win sealed Inter’s 20th league title and its second star.
Since that night, Milan is unbeaten in four league derbies, with three wins and a draw. Two of those wins came last season, both 1 to 0, the second in March through a goal from Estupiñán. The draw, 1 to 1, came in February 2025. Inter still holds the biggest recent margin, a 5 to 1 rout in September 2023.
