In the US, NBC Sports has the game on three outlets. Peacock streams the Premier League live, NBCSN carries the same English-language feed on cable, and Telemundo has the Spanish-language call. It is not on USA Network, and it is not on the NBC broadcast network, so skip those channels.
In the UK, Liverpool confirmed the match is live on Sky Sports. We could not confirm the exact Sky Sports channel as of October 29. In Germany, Sky Sport Premier League and Sky Sport Top Event go on air at 5 p.m. local time, with the stream on WOW. France has it on the main CANAL+ channel and Spain on Movistar Plus+, both with kickoff at 5:30 p.m. local time. We could not confirm a broadcaster for Canada or Ireland as of October 29.

Liverpool announced the move to this Sunday slot. Keep an eye on the day before as well: on Saturday, October 31, leaders Manchester City host third-place Brighton at 11 a.m. ET (3 p.m. in the UK), and that result shapes the table before Liverpool and Arsenal kick off.

The low point of Liverpool’s season came on October 11, when Manchester City won 3 to 0 at Anfield. It is still their only league defeat. The response has been strong: a 6 to 3 win at LASK in the Champions League, 2 to 1 at Brentford, a wild 4 to 3 over Villarreal back in Europe, and then 2 to 0 over Brighton on October 25. Arsenal have conceded five goals in eight league games, the fewest in the Premier League. They come in on back-to-back league clean sheets, 1 to 0 at Nottingham Forest and 2 to 0 over Everton, with defender Gabriel Magalhães among the scorers against Everton. Earlier in October they beat Leeds 2 to 1, and in Europe they beat Lille 3 to 0 and drew 2 to 2 at Bayern Munich. September brought a 2 to 1 win over Chelsea and a 2 to 0 win at Sunderland.

Brighton connect the two clubs. In September they beat Arsenal 3 to 0, which is still Arsenal’s only league defeat, and Arsenal have not lost in any competition since. On October 25, Liverpool beat the same Brighton side 2 to 0. Brighton are no pushovers: they sit third with 16 points and the best goal difference in the top five, plus 16.
Our take: a side that has conceded five goals in eight games is the hardest test yet for a Liverpool attack that has scored 11.

Manchester City lead Arsenal only on goal difference, plus 11 to plus 8, after Aston Villa ended City’s unbeaten run in matchweek 8. The math for Sunday is simple. An Arsenal win takes them to 24 points. A draw leaves Arsenal on 22 and Liverpool on 16. A Liverpool win lifts them to 18 points, just three behind Arsenal.
