The Bills, fresh off their bye, host the Ravens on Sunday, November 1, at 1:00 p.m. ET. CBS carries the game in local markets only, so here’s how to check your area, where to stream it, and how to keep Paramount+ working when you’re abroad.
The Buffalo Bills (5 wins, 1 loss) come off their Week 7 bye, while the Baltimore Ravens (4 wins, 3 losses) have dropped two straight. Here’s how to watch Ravens vs. Bills on Sunday, November 1, 2026, when the two meet at Highmark Stadium in Buffalo at 1:00 p.m. ET.
In the US, the game airs on CBS and streams on Paramount+. There’s a catch, though. CBS carries Sunday afternoon games in local markets only, so not every American gets this one on TV.
Abroad, it gets trickier. Paramount+ shows live CBS only in the US, and in the UK and Ireland, NFL Game Pass on DAZN blacks this game out live. Below you’ll find who carries the game where, and how traveling fans can keep their own stream.
Here’s who carries the game in five English-speaking markets, as of October 29, 2026.
Country | Where to watch | Free? |
|---|---|---|
United States | CBS (local markets), Paramount+, NFL+ on mobile | Yes, by antenna where CBS airs it |
United Kingdom | Sky Sports+; not live on Game Pass | No, subscription |
Ireland | Sky Sports+; not live on Game Pass | No, subscription |
Canada | DAZN, Game Pass included | No, subscription |
Australia | NFL Game Pass on DAZN | No, subscription |
In the US, CBS has the broadcast, and the Ravens’ game page lists Paramount+ as the stream. NFL+ adds live local games on your phone or tablet, with a paid subscription. For the rest of the US lineup, see our overview of streaming services in the US.
Canada is simple: Game Pass comes with a DAZN subscription, and kickoff is 1:00 p.m. in Toronto and Montreal. In Australia, NFL Game Pass on DAZN streams every game, and a Weekly Pro pass costs AUD 33.99 for Regular. The hard part there is the hour: 5:00 a.m. Monday in Sydney.
Yes, if you’re in the right part of the US. CBS is a free broadcast network, so an HD antenna picks up the game at no cost, as long as your local CBS station carries it. That’s the big if, and the CBS section below shows how to check.
Streaming is a different story. Paramount+ and NFL+ are paid subscriptions.
Outside the US, we found no confirmed free option as of October 29. Sky Sports+ is a paid Sky service in the UK and Ireland, and Game Pass on DAZN is paid in Canada and Australia.
And an antenna won’t help you in a hotel in Rome. If you’re an American on the road that Sunday, the realistic route is the Paramount+ plan you already pay for.
Open Paramount+ in Paris or Lisbon and the live CBS feed isn’t there, even though you pay for it. Our guide to US streaming services in Europe explains how those location checks work.
A VPN from our table takes care of the location part. Connect to a US server, ideally in your home region, because CBS shows Sunday afternoon games by local market. Then sign in to your own Paramount+ account. You still pay for the subscription yourself.

Kickoff is 1:00 p.m. ET. Watch the clock, though: the US falls back to standard time at 2:00 a.m. that same Sunday, so the game is played on Eastern Standard Time.

Europe changed its clocks on October 25, so after Sunday’s switch, London is back to its usual five hours ahead of the East Coast. In Germany, France, or Spain, it’s a 7:00 p.m. game, and our guide to the NFL in Europe in 2026 has more on watching the league there.
Baltimore makes its first visit to the Bills’ new home, Highmark Stadium. The Ravens point out that the matchup features two quarterbacks who have won the MVP award, Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen. It’s also a change of pace. The past three meetings were all primetime games, including Week 1 last season on Sunday Night Football, and this one gets the early Sunday window.
Will Jackson play? As of October 28, NFL.com lists him as questionable after he missed Baltimore’s last three games.
The last two meetings were decided by two points or less, per NFL.com. Here’s how the records stack up as of October 29.
Season record 2026, as of Oct 29 | Wins | Losses |
|---|---|---|
Buffalo Bills | 5 | 1 |
Baltimore Ravens | 4 | 3 |
Source: NFL.com standings as of October 29, 2026 | ||
Buffalo has scored 197 points and allowed 171. Baltimore is close to even, with 169 scored and 167 allowed. Both teams have been better away from home: the Bills won all three road games, the Ravens three of four.
We’d take the Bills, and that’s just our opinion. A rested team with the better record looks like the safer call against a side on a two-game skid. Still, two straight meetings decided by two points or less suggest this one could come down to the final drive.
Not in every market. NFL.com puts it plainly: Sunday afternoon games are available in local markets only. Ravens vs. Bills is one of eight games in the 1:00 p.m. ET window, so what your local CBS station shows depends on where you live.
The quickest official check is the Ways to Watch page on NFL.com. Tell it where you live and how you watch, from a TV provider to an antenna, and it builds your personal schedule for the week. The same check works for the Thanksgiving NFL games later in November.
Live in Maryland or western New York? Start with your local CBS station, then confirm on NFL.com before Sunday. Everyone else should check, too.
Then the game isn’t in your local market, and that rule follows you onto your phone. NFL+ shows live local games on mobile, so it won’t unlock a game your area doesn’t get. The Ravens list CBS and Paramount+ for this game, but the NFL’s local market rule comes first, so look up your listing before you count on any stream.
In the UK and Ireland, the game is on Sky Sports+, per the NFL’s Week 8 list, with kickoff at 6:00 p.m. Our Sky Sports guide covers how the service works on the road.
Game Pass subscribers, take note. DAZN lists Ravens at Bills among its UK and Ireland blackout games: it isn’t live on Game Pass there, and the replay arrives 24 hours after the game ends.
In London on Sunday with a Game Pass from Germany, France, or Spain? From a UK connection, your own subscription follows the local blackout. Connect to a server in your home country with a VPN from our table, sign in to your own DAZN account, and the game plays live just like at home.
Match the server to the subscription. A US server for Paramount+, a server in your home country for Game Pass. A UK server won’t show this game live on Game Pass.
Switch servers. If one server is blocked, pick another in the same country.
Start fresh. Clear the app cache or open a private browser window, then sign in again.
Check your plan. An expired Paramount+ or Game Pass subscription can look like a stream error, so make sure yours is active.
Test early. Run a check before 1:00 p.m. ET (6:00 p.m. in London), not during the opening drive.
For the big screen, here’s how to set up a VPN on a smart TV.
Check your local CBS listing on NFL.com before Sunday, and if you’re traveling, connect to a US server well before kickoff. A VPN from our table keeps your own Paramount+ plan working outside the US.

Kickoff is 1:00 p.m. ET, which is 12:00 p.m. CT and 10:00 a.m. PT. In London and Dublin, it’s 6:00 p.m., and in Sydney, 5:00 a.m. on Monday. US clocks fall back to standard time at 2:00 a.m. that Sunday.
Yes. The Ravens list CBS and Paramount+ for this game. Since the NFL says Sunday afternoon games air in local markets only, check NFL.com Ways to Watch to see what your area gets.
In the US, with an antenna, if your local CBS station carries the game. Paramount+ and NFL+ are paid. Outside the US, we found no confirmed free option as of October 29, 2026.
Not live. DAZN lists it as a blackout game in the UK and Ireland, with the replay available 24 hours after the game ends. The live game is on Sky Sports+.
