Nations League where to watch: ITV has both of England’s November games live and free-to-air in the UK, with the stream on ITVX. England vs. Croatia kicks off at Wembley on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 7:45 p.m. GMT. Spain vs. England follows in Madrid on Sunday, November 15, also at 7:45 p.m. GMT. In the US, FOX Sports holds the rights, and both games start at 2:45 p.m. ET.
These are England’s last two group games, and the league phase ends between November 12 and 17. England is second in Group A3 with 9 points, three behind Spain. One point against Croatia secures a quarterfinal place; first place is still open. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are on the BBC, Ireland on RTÉ.
One catch: ITVX and BBC iPlayer check where you connect from. On vacation in Spain or on a work trip to Dubai, the free stream you use at home may not load.

ITV holds exclusive free-to-air rights to every England men’s game in the UK, Nations League included, from September 2024 to June 2028. The FA’s official fixture list shows ITV for both November games, and ITVX, ITV’s streaming service, is where you stream them. In the US, FOX Sports holds the Nations League for 2026/27. It showed the first window on FS1, FS2 and FOX Soccer Plus but hadn’t published November channels as of October 28. The only price we could verify: FOX One plans start at $19.99 a month after a free trial. We couldn’t confirm that FOX One carries these games.

In Ireland, RTÉ holds the rights to the national team and showed October’s home game against Austria live on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player. November listings weren’t published as of October 28, 2026. In the US, we found no free option: FOX Sports is pay TV.
The catch: sports rights are sold country by country, so ITVX and BBC iPlayer are built for viewers at home. Abroad, the same free match may not play. A VPN fixes that.

Spain can no longer finish below second: Croatia can reach 9 points at most, Czechia 6. England has 9. A draw against Croatia at Wembley takes England to 10, a total Croatia can no longer reach, so one point on Thursday secures the quarterfinals.
First place is harder. To catch Spain, England must win in Madrid. If England wins both games and Spain beats Czechia in Prague, the two finish level on 15 points. If Spain drops points against Czechia, two England wins mean first place outright.
The top two in each League A group reach the quarterfinals, played over two legs from March 25 to 30, 2027. The four winners meet in the finals (semifinals and final) from June 9 to 13, 2027. UEFA hadn’t confirmed a host as of October 28.
New this edition: the two highest-ranked third-placed teams stay in League A. The two lowest-ranked third-placed teams and the two highest-ranked fourth-placed teams play League A/B play-offs in March against League B runners-up. The two lowest-ranked fourth-placed teams drop to League B, and the four League B group winners move up. According to UEFA, this edition is expected to be linked to qualification for EURO 2028.
Portugal is the defending champion. It drew 2 apiece with Spain after extra time in the 2025 final in Munich, then won 5 to 3 on penalties.
England has scored 14 and conceded 3. The only defeat came in the opener, 3 to 2 against Spain at Wembley. Since then: 2 to 0 against Czechia in Prague, 7 to 0 against Croatia in Rijeka and 3 to 0 against Czechia at Wembley.
Croatia arrives third with 3 points and a 4 to 14 goal record. Its only win came in Prague, 2 to 1 against Czechia.
Spain has won all four games: 3 to 2 at Wembley, 4 to 1 against Croatia, 3 to 1 against Czechia in Oviedo and 2 to 1 in Split. Already through, Spain plays England for first place.
Group A1: France leads with 10 points, ahead of Italy (7) and Belgium (6). Türkiye has none. Italy vs. France at San Siro on Thursday, November 12, at 7:45 p.m. GMT is the headline game. France still needs points to be sure of the top two.
Group A2: the Netherlands and Greece have 8 points each, Germany 5 and Serbia 0. Germany plays in Belgrade on Friday, November 13, then hosts the Netherlands at the Olympiastadion in Berlin on Monday, November 16, in a direct fight for the quarterfinals.
Group A4: Portugal has 12 points from four wins, and UEFA already marks it as qualified. Denmark has 6, Wales and Norway 3 each.

Scotland (Group B1, third, 4 points): North Macedonia at Hampden Park on Friday, November 13, and Switzerland away in St. Gallen on Monday, November 16, both at 7:45 p.m. GMT. Slovenia, second, has 7 points; second place brings a March play-off against a League A team.
Wales (Group A4, 3 points): Norway away in Oslo on Saturday, November 14, at 5 p.m. GMT, then Portugal in Cardiff on Tuesday, November 17, at 7:45 p.m. GMT. Wales and Norway are level on points.
Northern Ireland (Group B2, first, 8 points): Ukraine in Belfast on Saturday, November 14, then Hungary away in Budapest on Tuesday, November 17, both at 7:45 p.m. GMT. Hungary is one point behind, and group winners move up to League A.
