In the US, Tennis Channel is the exclusive home of the Davis Cup on TV, in its app, and on TennisChannel.com, under a deal that runs through 2028. A streaming plan costs $11.99 a month or $109.99 a year, plus taxes. Its schedule for November 24 to 29 isn’t out yet.
In the UK, Tennis Channel added Davis Cup rights in August 2025. Its channel is free on Samsung TV Plus, LG Channels, Pluto, Rakuten, and Amazon Prime Video, and Virgin TV customers get it on channel 542 at no extra cost. BBC iPlayer streamed Great Britain’s September qualifier against Ecuador live, but the BBC hasn’t announced any Final 8 coverage.
Canada has no announced broadcaster. In September, the Canada vs. France qualifier aired on TSN in English and on TVA Sports in French. In Australia, beIN SPORTS holds Davis Cup rights “until 2026” for every round, though the Final 8 isn’t in its listings yet.
In the UK, quite possibly. Tennis Channel is free around the clock on the platforms listed above and holds the UK Davis Cup rights, but its Bologna schedule isn’t out yet.
In the US, there’s no free option: Tennis Channel is a paid service. In Canada, CBC Sports streamed Canada’s ties at the 2024 Final 8 for free, but nothing has been announced for 2026. In Australia, beIN SPORTS is a paid service.
We found no confirmed free global stream of the Final 8. And every option above is tied to one country: a free UK channel and a paid US subscription both check your location before they play.
How to watch the Davis Cup from abroad with a VPN
Plenty of fans will fly to Bologna; others will be on vacation, on business, or living overseas.
Paid subscriptions from EU countries keep working on short trips inside the EU under portability rules. Americans, Brits, and Canadians don’t get that protection, and neither does anyone on a longer stay abroad. US, UK, and Canadian services are licensed for their home country and may not play elsewhere. Heading to Italy? See which streaming services are available in Italy.
A VPN from our table gets you back in. Connect to a server at home, open your usual app, and sign in. Your subscription and billing stay the same; the VPN only changes your virtual location.

All official times are in CET, local time in Bologna.
How does the format work?
It’s a straight knockout: quarterfinals, semifinals, and a final. Each tie has two singles matches and one doubles match, and the first team to win two advances.
Italy, the host and three-time defending champion, got a wild card. The other seven teams won their qualifying ties in September. The seeds are Italy (1), Spain (2), Germany (3), and Czechia (4).

The facts first. Italy has won the last three editions and beat Spain in last year’s final. Its No. 1, Flavio Cobolli, reached his first Grand Slam final at Roland Garros this year and won all three of his matches at last year’s Final 8.
Spain brings back Carlos Alcaraz, the world No. 3 with seven Grand Slam titles, who completed the career Grand Slam at the 2026 Australian Open. It’s his first Davis Cup appearance since the 2024 Final 8; injury kept him out last year. Rafael Jodar and Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, both in the top 15, back him up. Germany has Alexander Zverev, who won his first two majors this year and is guaranteed to become world No. 1 for the first time in November.

Our picks are editorial opinions, not betting tips. Italy is our favorite: home crowd, three straight titles, and the top seed. Spain is the biggest threat if Alcaraz arrives fresh after Vienna, Paris, and the ATP Finals in Turin. Our dark horse is Great Britain, which has the world’s top doubles player in a format where one doubles match can swing a tie.

Great Britain vs. Germany and Canada vs. Czechia: who plays?
Great Britain: Fery leads, Draper is out
Wimbledon semifinalist Arthur Fery is the British No. 1, with Cameron Norrie alongside him. The doubles pairing is Henry Patten, the world No. 1 in doubles, and Neal Skupski, the US Open doubles champion. Leon Smith is captain. Jack Draper is injured for the rest of the season.
Britain is back at the Final 8 for the first time in three years and didn’t drop a single match in qualifying against Norway and Ecuador. Germany, with Zverev, Jan-Lennard Struff, Kevin Krawietz, and Tim Puetz under captain Michael Kohlmann, reached the semifinals last year and last won the title in 1993.
Canada: the 2022 title duo is back
Canada knocked out France in Quebec City in September. Now world No. 7 Felix Auger-Aliassime and Denis Shapovalov, the pair that led Canada to its only title in 2022, open the Final 8 against Czechia. Gabriel Diallo, Liam Draxl, and Duncan Chan complete the squad under captain Frank Dancevic.
Czechia, the No. 4 seed, brings Jakub Mensik, Jiri Lehecka, Patrik Rikl, and Adam Pavlasek, with Tomas Berdych as captain. Both teams are at full strength. First serve is 10 a.m. ET on Tuesday, November 24, and the winner meets Italy or Korea on Friday.
What about the USA?
The USA, the record 32-time champion, didn’t qualify for Bologna. Tennis Channel holds the US rights, so American fans can still follow the stars without a home team.
Italy goes for four in a row, plus more facts
Italy is chasing a fourth straight title after winning in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
Korea is at the Final 8 for the first time and has never reached the semifinals.
Bologna is David Ferrer’s last event as Spain captain. Marc Lopez takes over afterward.
Great Britain’s 10 titles lead the field. Only the USA (32) and Australia (28) have more.
Last year’s Final 8 in Bologna drew more than 60,000 fans.
Davis Cup stream not working? What to do
Check the server country. Connect to a server in the country of your service, such as the US for Tennis Channel.
Switch servers. Still blocked? Pick another server in the same country.
Clear the cache. Delete cookies or open a private window.
Check your account. A VPN doesn’t replace a paid plan. You still need your own active subscription.
Test early. Try your setup on Monday, November 23, the day before Canada vs. Czechia.
