It streams the Telemadrid, LaOtra and Onda Madrid channels, with news shows such as Madrid Directo and 120 minutos, plus series, films, documentaries, culture and sport through Fútbol Directo. Telemadrid’s own productions are available broadly worldwide, while licensed films, sport and bullfighting are restricted to Spain.

- RTVM unveiled TLMad+ three days ahead of launch, promising a free ad-supported model, apps for phones and smart TVs, and a catalogue spanning news, drama, films and kids programming under one roof.
- The platform went live on Madrid Community Day, the anniversary of Telemadrid’s first broadcast in 1989. The TLMad+ launch bundled the live Telemadrid, LaOtra and Onda Madrid radio feeds with an on-demand archive.
- A press release detailed the geography: RTVM’s own output streams worldwide while licensed content stays tied to Spain. The Madrid diaspora has the separate Telemadrid INT channel, free on YouTube since 1 July 2024.
- A dedicated bullfighting channel began carrying the San Isidro Fair from 8 May to 14 June, closing with the Corrida de Beneficencia. Each bullfight stays available for seven days after airing.
- The platform’s technology and operation are handled by Crossmedia, part of ES Media Group, the digital division of concession holder Crosspoint, which drove the launch and runs the day-to-day service.
- At launch the archive offered eighteen months of entertainment, six months of current affairs and three months of Telenoticias bulletins, organised into themed sections: film, sport, documentary, kids and culture.
