- SledovanieTV.sk s.r.o. was registered in Bratislava on 3 September 2013, launching an internet-TV service for the Slovak market with live channels and a seven-day catch-up archive.
- When the EU portability regulation took effect, the service began working on trips across the Union, letting subscribers reach Slovak channels on holiday at no extra cost.
- On 8 March 2022 the operator swapped HBO GO for HBO Max across its paid packages, so subscribers gained films, series and HBO Originals through their account at no extra charge.
- The operator introduced a ten-day trial for a token 0.10 euro, bundling 118 channels and a month of HBO Max so newcomers could test the platform risk-free.
