Its Televízia S to XL packages bundle 40 to more than 120 live channels, a ten-day catch-up archive, recordings and playback on up to four devices at once. It works on the web, on mobile, Android TV, Samsung, LG and Hisense smart TVs, Apple TV and a set-top box. The service is sold only in Slovakia, with prices starting around 10.25 euros a month.

- In October 2015 the Slovak holding SWAN, part of the DanubiaTel group, introduced the budget mobile brand 4ka under the Moja 4ka concept that later seeded its home offering.
- After merging with BENESTRA in January 2019, SWAN became Slovakia's largest alternative operator and gained the fixed-line infrastructure behind its later home internet and television.
- In January 2022 the merger of SWAN and SWAN Mobile brought home internet and the internet-TV service 4ka TV, with dozens of channels reaching over a million Slovak households.
- In late May 2025 the 4ka TV app received a full redesign with a new home screen and user profiles, including kids profiles that parents can lock with a PIN.
