JOJ KRIMI is a free, ad-supported crime channel from the JOJ group, streamed live through JOJ Play on the free tier after you register. It airs foreign crime and detective series such as Columbo, Midsomer Murders, CSI and Criminal Minds, along with crime films. This is scripted drama rather than true-crime documentary. The channel came from a rebrand: the women’s channel TV WAU (2013) became JOJ WAU (2022) and then JOJ KRIMI on 2 March 2026. Full HD, and available only in Slovakia.

- In April 2022, JOJ Group launched its streaming service JOJ Play. It offered a free ad-supported tier, a paid ad-free option and live streams of the group’s channels online.
- On July 6, 2022, TV WAU was renamed JOJ WAU and changed its logo for the first time. The station aligned its look with the rest of the JOJ channel family.
- In October 2025, JOJ Group announced it would end free-to-air antenna broadcasting on January 1, 2026. Viewers were pointed to JOJ Play, satellite, cable and the Plustelka platform.
- On January 1, 2026, free antenna broadcasts of JOJ Group channels, including WAU SD, went dark. The regular DVB-T signal disappeared and JOJ Play became the main free route.
- On March 2, 2026, on TV JOJ’s 24th anniversary, JOJ WAU was renamed JOJ KRIMI. The channel dropped its women-focused profile and went all in on crime and detective series.
