- JOJ Group launched the JOJ Play streaming service. The film channel moved online, and viewers could now watch it through the web and smart-TV apps rather than only on classic broadcast.
- After two years, JOJ Play reported more than 400,000 registered users. The Slovak platform had grown into one of the fastest-rising streaming services on its home market.
- JOJ Play raised its Premium tier by 17 percent. The monthly fee climbed from 5.99 to 6.99 euros and the yearly plan from 59.90 to 69.90 euros, with JOJ Cinema still part of the bundle.
- JOJ Cinema marked ten years on air. Over the decade it went from a classic broadcast station to a fixed part of the JOJ Play Premium line-up, still built on ad-free films.
- JOJ Group announced that its free over-the-air broadcasting would end in early 2026. Households relying on an antenna signal had to start looking for another route, most often JOJ Play.
