New on Apple TV in November 2026: Owen Wilson’s golf comedy Stick returns for season 2 on November 4, the heist thriller 12 12 12 with Anthony Mackie and Jamie Dornan starts on November 13, and Chris Pratt’s family movie Way of the Warrior Kid lands on November 25. That’s five premieres in one month, plus two finales.
It’s also a birthday month. Apple TV launched on November 1, 2019, so on Sunday, November 1, the service turns seven. It’s in over 100 countries and regions, and every original on this list is a global release.
The catch is location, not the calendar. Formula 1 on Apple TV is a US-only deal, so an American fan in Europe this month won’t find the races in the app.

F1 on Apple TV in November
Since the 2026 season, Apple TV has been Formula 1’s broadcast partner in the United States. The deal covers the US only. November packs in three race weekends: Brazil (November 6 to 8), Las Vegas (November 19 to 21), and Qatar (November 27 to 29). Abu Dhabi follows on December 4 to 6.
For American fans on a trip abroad, that’s a problem: open the app in Paris or London and the races won’t be there, because other broadcasters hold the F1 rights outside the US. A VPN from our table with a US server sets your virtual location back home, and the races play in the Apple TV app you already pay for.
For a race outside the US, our guide on how to watch the Mexico City Grand Prix 2026 covers times and TV for the weekend that ends on November 1.
What new shows are coming in November 2026?
Already running: season 2 of Where’s Wanda?, the German-language dark comedy from UFA Fiction, started on October 21 and adds an episode every Wednesday through December 9. The Klatts (Heike Makatsch, Axel Stein) think life is finally getting back to normal, until their daughter Wanda (Lea Drinda) is caught, apparently red-handed, standing over a dead body. Proving her innocence drags them into the underworld of their sleepy suburb.
Stick season 2 release date
Season 2 starts on Wednesday, November 4, with two episodes, then one a week every Wednesday through December 30, ten episodes in all. Owen Wilson is back as Pryce Cahill, a former pro golfer who surprises everyone by betting on himself: he’s going for a comeback and a shot at becoming the oldest player ever to win a major. Rhea Seehorn joins as new coach Amanda, Marc Maron caddies as Mitts, and Timothy Olyphant’s Clark Ross, once a rival, now cheers him on.
Santi (Peter Dager) moves up a level and finds out how fast the game changes once talent turns into expectations. Our tip if you want something light on a Wednesday.
12 12 12 release date and cast
The eight-episode series premieres worldwide on Friday, November 13, with two episodes, then one every Friday through December 25. Every episode cuts between three timelines of one robbery: 12 months of planning, 12 hours of the heist, and the 12 days after.
Anthony Mackie plays a disgraced FBI agent and Jamie Dornan an American career criminal, locked in a cat-and-mouse game across Europe. At the center is a bank vault deep under the streets of Zurich. Jack Kesy, Agathe Rousselle, Sallie Harmsen, José Garcia, and Kali Reis co-star, and Kari Skogland directs the pilot. Our pick of the month.
Nocturne: Liev Schreiber vs. a serial killer
Nocturne debuts on Friday, October 30, with two episodes, then adds one every Friday through December 25, ten in total. In November, new episodes land on the 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th.
Based on Lars Kepler’s crime novels, it follows Jonah Lynn (Liev Schreiber), an ex-soldier and former homicide detective who leaves Philadelphia for a quiet town in western Pennsylvania. Serial killer Jurek Walter (Stephen Graham) puts the town and Jonah’s family in danger. To find the last missing victim, Jonah has to send his “surrogate daughter,” FBI agent Saga Bauer (Zazie Beetz), up against Jurek.
Which new docuseries is coming in November?
Awkwafina: The Unlikely Cook (November 6)
The eight-episode docuseries premieres worldwide on Friday, November 6; Apple hasn’t announced the release pattern. Nora Lum, aka Awkwafina, sets off on a cross-country food road trip to revive Lum’s, her family’s Cantonese restaurant in Flushing, New York. The problem, in her words: “I can’t cook. Like, at all.”
Along the way she takes a course at the Culinary Institute of America, does Texas barbecue with Jimmy O. Yang, learns from Roy Choi and Martin Yan, soaks up tiki culture in Hawaii, and works the floor at a restaurant in LA’s Chinatown. It all builds to opening night and the toughest critic in the room: her grandmother. Twofour, the company behind The Reluctant Traveler With Eugene Levy, produces.
New movies on Apple TV in November
Being Heumann (November 13)
Siân Heder (CODA) writes and directs the true story of Judy Heumann. In 1977, Heumann (Ruth Madeley), a young disabled woman, and a group of outsiders occupy a federal building in San Francisco. It turns into the longest occupation of a federal building in US history, and it holds until the official blocking them (Mark Ruffalo) finally acts.
Dylan O’Brien, Madeline Delp, Roberta Colindrez, and Rob Delaney co-star, and Rebekah Taussig co-wrote the script. It opened the Toronto International Film Festival and closed AFI Fest. It reaches select theaters on November 6 and streams worldwide on Apple TV from Friday, November 13.
Way of the Warrior Kid release date
Wednesday, November 25, worldwide. Apple first announced November 20, then moved it to the 25th. Marc (Jude Hill) is a good kid who gets bullied in middle school and falls behind in everything. His injured uncle Jake (Chris Pratt), a decorated Navy SEAL, comes for the summer and sets up “Operation Warrior Kid,” modeled on SEAL training. Instead of teaching him to fight, Jake shows him what real courage is, while facing his own demons.
Linda Cardellini plays Marc’s mom, Sarah. The film is based on the best-selling book by former SEAL Jocko Willink, who also appears, and McG directs. Our pick for the night before Thanksgiving.
Which shows end in November?
Two series wrap on Wednesday, November 4. Brothers, the comedy in which Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson play fictional versions of themselves, airs its eighth and last episode. Their lifelong friendship gets thrown off by a secret from McConaughey’s mom, Ma Mac (Holland Taylor): the two might be brothers.
Small Prophets, the comedy Mackenzie Crook (Detectorists) created, wrote, and directed, ends the same day with episode 6. Shot around Manchester with animated touches, it’s a story of friendship and hope that mixes the magical with the everyday. It stars Crook, Pearce Quigley, Lauren Patel, and Michael Palin. Both make easy weekend catch-ups.
How to watch Apple TV abroad
Apple TV originals go live the same day everywhere, so a VPN won’t get you Stick early. Where it helps is location. If you live in the EU, portability rules let you use your paid subscription during a temporary stay in another EU country. Leave the EU, for the UK, Switzerland, the US, or Asia, or stay abroad longer, and that rule no longer covers you.
Some places don’t offer an Apple TV subscription at all; mainland China is one of them. Apple also says the availability of “certain apps, movies, and more can vary” by country, and that includes movies you buy or rent in the Apple TV app. A VPN from our table connects you to a server in your home country, which changes your virtual location, so your own Apple TV works on the road the way it does at home. You keep paying for your own subscription; a VPN doesn’t make Apple TV free. Our guide to watching Apple TV from anywhere has the details.
