- America's Kartoon Studios (NYSE: TOON) becomes a key shareholder in Your Family Entertainment, launching a joint "Content with a Purpose" strategy behind the RiC kids slate.
- On 6 March 2024, RiC announces a move to an optimised 11302 MHz frequency on the Astra 19.2° East satellite and drops the old 19:00 to 19:30 black screen in favour of calmer series.
- From 1 January 2025, RiC airs the first two seasons of the cult series The Fairly OddParents daily at 7 p.m. After the frequency switch, it reaches viewers via cable, satellite and IPTV.
- For World Children's Day on 20 September 2025, RiC airs exclusive reports from the world of SOS Children's Villages, underscoring its "content with a purpose" mission.
- On 23 June 2026, Your Family Entertainment, the operator of RiC, and Spain's Gookapi announce an international distribution deal for three European kids series from Baleuko: Ezki the Storyteller, Mithy the Explorer and Liz Creative Workshop.
