- In June the Communications Authority had the KTN signal pulled alongside NTV and K24 during a protest anniversary; the High Court ordered the immediate restoration of all three stations.
- On 27 March Standard Group condemned a tribunal ruling that backed the authority's plan to revoke six of its licences, including KTN, and said it would take the matter to the High Court.
