Freely is a free British live-TV service launched in April 2024 by Everyone TV, owned by the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5. It streams broadcast television over your home broadband and Wi-Fi, with no aerial, dish or subscription. The service carries more than 70 live channels plus tens of thousands of hours of on-demand programming in one guide. It comes built into smart TVs from Hisense, TCL, Toshiba and Panasonic, and works through set-top boxes. As the successor to Freeview, it is available in the United Kingdom only.

- Freely reported half a million weekly active devices and billed itself as Britain’s fastest-growing TV platform, overtaking the likes of Sky and EE TV.
- The Netgem Pleio arrived as the very first standalone box for Freely. Plug it into an HDMI port and the service runs on an older TV with no built-in app.
- Freely crossed one million weekly users over Christmas, closing 2025 as the fastest-growing platform. TiVo also earned certification for its own streaming devices.
- A 21 January update added Quick Access, which saves your last fifteen selected shows, a redesigned Mini Guide and the ability to scroll back through the TV guide into catch-up shows.
- After the Pleio came the cheaper Manhattan Aero, a second standalone box for Freely that widened the device line-up for older, non-smart televisions.
- Channels from the Warner Bros. Discovery and CNN deal rolled out, among them Quest, Food Network, TLC and the already live CNN Headlines on channel 305. With the earlier Blaze and Bloomberg TV+ wave, Freely pushes past seventy live channels.
