How to Watch FIAWEC+ from Anywhere: VPN Guide 2026
When the FIA teamed up with the Le Mans organisers (ACO) and switched on its own service in March 2026, endurance fans finally got a single home for the whole WEC season and the legendary twice-around-the-clock classic. FIAWEC+ is the official streaming home of the FIA World Endurance Championship, and unlike the old FIAWEC.TV FIAWEC+ no longer blocks a single region anywhere. A yearly 365 Pass on FIAWEC+ costs ≈ $57.83, while one race or Le Mans on its own is sold as a one-off pass.
Here is the catch: even a worldwide service can briefly go dark over a leftover local blackout on a specific broadcast, and a foreign IP on the road sometimes stalls the FIAWEC+ stream. A solid VPN such as Surfshark drops you back onto a home-country server, so a clean start at Imola and the small hours at Le Mans both arrive in 1080p wherever you happen to be.

Who’s behind the service?
What is FIAWEC+
FIAWEC+ is the official streaming home of the FIA World Endurance Championship, the global stage for long-distance motorsport. It is run jointly by the championship and the Automobile Club de l’Ouest, the ACO in Le Mans, France, which means the feeds come straight from the people behind the racing. The service carries every WEC session and the complete 24 Hours of Le Mans, with onboard cameras, Live Timing Pro and a multi-season archive on top. You also get WEC Originals and the behind-the-scenes WEC Insider documentaries, all in crisp 1080p HD. There is no built-in smart-TV app, but Chromecast and AirPlay push it to the big screen.

Company and history
- Before its own service the championship ran through FIAWEC.TV, built on the French Sportall platform, yet TV deals blocked both Sebring and Le Mans for viewers in the US and Canada.
- The organisers revealed the new pricing and launched the yearly 365 Pass about ten euros cheaper than its predecessor FIA WEC TV, dropping it from sixty to fifty euros, with a one-off race pass starting at nine euros.
- FIAWEC+ officially replaced FIAWEC.TV. The new platform, built with Sweden’s StayLive and Britain’s Two Circles, brought a revamped interface, a fresh timing system and, above all, no geo-blocks anywhere in the world.
- The app arrived on the App Store and Google Play with live streams, highlights and a full archive. The big screen, however, only works through Chromecast or AirPlay; there is no native smart-TV app.
- From April 2026 TNT Sports secured multi-year US broadcast rights to the WEC. Selected rounds including Le Mans head to truTV, while the full calendar streams on HBO Max, yet FIAWEC+ itself still does not block North America.
- The service became the online home for the European Le Mans Series, Le Mans Cup and Asian Le Mans Series too, adding a new live-timing system for Le Mans that the specialist press dissected in detail.

Tips & tricks you should know
5 tips from our FIAWEC+ testing team · Updated June 18, 2026
- The annual 365 Pass is EUR 49.99 and renews automatically, so set a reminder before the yearly date if you only wanted one season.
- Watching just Le Mans? Skip the pass and buy the single race for EUR 19.99, or any other round for EUR 9.99, with no subscription tied to it.
- European Le Mans Series and Michelin Le Mans Cup rounds stream free on FIAWEC+, a no-cost way to test stream quality before paying for WEC.
- There is no native smart-TV app, so cast FIAWEC+ to the big screen with Chromecast or AirPlay from a device on the same Wi-Fi.
- Geo-blocking is gone worldwide, but on restrictive hotel or work networks a stream can stall, so keep Surfshark ready and connect to a home server.
